Terms of Use (quickgreens)
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Quickgreens loyalty and SMS Marketing Program.
By opting in to receive SMS marketing messages from Quickgreens, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
The Quickgreens SMS Marketing Program (“Program”) provides promotional and marketing messages to users who have opted in. Messages may include special offers, discounts, promotions, announcements, or other marketing communications related to Quickgreens.
Participation in this Program is voluntary.
2. Program Sponsor
The Program is sponsored and operated by Quickgreens (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Quickgreens is solely responsible for the content and operation of this SMS marketing program.
3. Eligibility
By participating in the Program, you represent that:
- You are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, or have permission from the account holder
- You are capable of entering into binding agreements
Participation may not be available to all users or on all mobile devices or carriers.
4. Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS marketing messages from Quickgreens by one or more of the following methods:
- Providing consent at the point of sale during checkout or loyalty enrollment
- Joining during account creation, or by changing your preferences, within the Quickgreens mobile application or website
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Quickgreens at the mobile phone number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Enrollment in the Quickgreens mobile application does not automatically enroll you in the SMS Marketing Program unless you separately provide consent where required.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your mobile service plan. Quickgreens is not responsible for any charges incurred by receiving messages.
7. Supported Carriers
The Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. However, participation may not be available on all carriers or devices.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive.
After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming you have been opted-out of the program, and then will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from Quickgreens unless you opt in again.
9. HELP Instructions
For help, reply HELP to any message.
HELP responses provide informational guidance only and do not initiate a customer support conversation. Response times may vary.

10. Communication Channels
Quickgreens may communicate with customers through multiple channels, including SMS messages, push notifications, email, or in-app messages.
These Terms apply only to the SMS Marketing Program. Other communication channels are governed by applicable policies, settings, or terms.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Program or interfere with its operation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to opt in with a phone number you do not control
- Using automated tools to interact with the Program
- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Quickgreens reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for misuse.
12. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
13. Number Changes and Reassignment
You agree to notify Quickgreens if your mobile phone number changes, is reassigned, or is deactivated. Messages sent to a reassigned number may be received by a different individual, and Quickgreens is not responsible for such messages.
14. Modifications to the Program or Terms
Quickgreens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Quickgreens makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including availability, accuracy, or message delivery.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickgreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to delayed, failed, or misdirected messages.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickgreens from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your participation in the Program
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Program or violation of applicable laws
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Quickgreens operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quickgreens regarding the SMS Marketing Program and supersede any prior communications related to the Program.
